Case Studies in Emergency Election Litigation

The Federal Judicial Center has compiled a set of materials intended to assist judges hearing time-sensitive election matters. The series, "Case Studies in Emergency Election Litigation" features short case studies listed by topic (voter registration, ballow access, etc.). The case studies include information about case management, and often include insights from judges interviewed about their experience litigating election cases.
